We’re looking for a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join Equinix's Digital and Innovation Office. This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced program manager who has spent years running complex, multi-team programs and knows how to get things done across organizational boundaries — with limited oversight.

Lead 3-5 agile teams as an RTE (release train engineer)
Coach teams on Agile best practices and metrics (velocity, burndown, backlog health,) using Jira/Confluence
Facilitate scrum of scrums and structure work delivery across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) through ART ceremonies (PI Planning, ART Sync, PO Sync, System Demo)
Use data analysis and modelling to uncover insights and support decision-making
