- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize kitchen efficiency
- Train team members in cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and customer service skills
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours

Requirements





- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive food preparation and cooking expertise across diverse cuisines
- Strong background in food service operations and restaurant management
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience with kitchen management systems and inventory control tools
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff and ensure high-quality service
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; bartending or serving experience is a plus
