Alberta Health Services seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Long Term Care team at Smoky Lake Community Health. This regular part time role (0.50 FTE) supports protected, patient and family centred care under interprofessional leadership. Shift length is 11.08 hours with 7 shifts per cycle and a 4-week rotation. Posting ends 26-Oct-2026.

Requirements include LPN registration and BCLS-HCP certification; duties are performed in a multi-site environment within the Smoky Lake area.
