Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the organization's strategic operations, coordinate educational programs and institutional partnerships, and support long-term business development.

The COO will work closely with executive leadership to develop corporate policies, allocate organizational resources, supervise senior management, and ensure effective operations across the organization's educational services.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and implement organizational objectives, strategic plans, and corporate policies.
- Direct and oversee operations across educational institutions, international education programs, and online learning services.
- Plan, organize, and allocate financial, human, and technological resources to achieve organizational objectives.
- Establish management structures and oversee the selection, supervision, and performance evaluation of senior personnel.
- Approve organizational budgets, major operational expenditures, and development initiatives within delegated authority.




- Lead strategic planning for AI-supported educational programs and digital learning platforms.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, educational institutions, technology providers, and international organizations.
- Represent the organization in executive-level negotiations and institutional cooperation initiatives.
- Evaluate organizational performance, financial results, operational risks, and compliance requirements.
- Report to the CEO or Board of Directors on strategic development and organizational performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive management or organizational leadership experience.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and operational management.
- Experience in education, international business operations, or educational technology is preferred.
- Solid leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is considered an asset for international partnerships.
- Ability to coordinate multiple business functions and manage organizational priorities.
