JOB SUMMARY:Supervisor, Family Support is responsible for assigning, coordinating, supervising, monitoring and evaluation of a team engaged in the several processes of developing and supporting families, the identification and monitoring/evaluation of resources,
the direct supervision of staff and for the performance of other related duties as determined by the management team.
The Supervisor reports to and works under the direction of the Director of Services and adheres to the guiding values of the Code of Practice.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have a BSW from a recognized school of Social Work; or an undergraduate degree in another Social Science field
· Willing to work towards a Masters of Social Work.
· 3 – 5 years’ direct experience in a Social Services Agency
· Must possess a valid Ontario class “G” driver’s license
· Must submit a favorable criminal reference check and vulnerable sector screening
· Must be willing to work flexible hours
· Will be Ogweho:weh in preference to other applicants
