Provide reports to Leadership for Denied Claims and possible escalated situations in a concise and timely manner Present at the Fraud Committee meeting with findings and recommendations Communicate with other departments through the handling of the file (Underwriting, CAD, Claims) Post-secondary education completed Minimum of 3 years experience in claims handling with knowledge preferred in Property and Accident Benefit claims Private Investigator License,Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification,OSINT, Fire Investigation and ICAR courses Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Please note that we may use AI tools to help us through the recruitment process.
