What you will be doing in the role of Industry Development Manager:
- Leverage Lakeside's CRM and business intelligence tools to identify opportunities, track market development activities, and provide actionable insights that support growth initiatives.
- Develop market engagement plans, facilitate strategic introductions, coordinate seminars and industry events, and create value propositions tailored to target industries.
- Promote Lakeside products through sales calls, lunch-and-learn presentations, and other appropriate channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with building automation companies, mechanical contractors, distributors, and consulting engineers.
- Provide proactive post-order support to skid manufacturers and building automation system contractors by anticipating needs, responding promptly, coordinating resources, and taking ownership of issues through resolution, while effectively balancing sales and
