We are seeking a motivated and dependable Class 1 Frac Sand Hauler to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting high-quality frac sand to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries that support our operational needs. Responsibilities
- Operate Class 1 commercial trucks to haul frac sand across designated routes, adhering strictly to safety and traffic regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, tires, lights, and load securement.
- Load and unload frac sand using heavy equipment such as forklifts or conveyors when necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, delivery times, and load details for reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues during transit.
- Perform routine maintenance or report mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability and safety.
- Follow all safety protocols related to transporting hazardous materials and operating heavy equipment.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in freight hauling or heavy equipment operation within a commercial setting.
