Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Housekeeper / cleaners to manage cleaning and prep operations for our short-term rental propertieslocated in Hinton, AB.

Short-term rental cleaning differs from standard residential housekeeping. Our goal is to consistently deliver 5-star, hotel-quality experiences for every guest. The ideal candidate takes pride in thorough cleanliness, punctuality, and crisp presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Deep Cleaning & Sanitization:

Bedrooms: Strip used linens, make beds with fresh sheets and pillowcases (neat, hospital-corner style), vacuum floors, and dust all surfaces and light switches.

Bathrooms: Thoroughly scrub and sanitize toilets, showers/tubs, sinks, and mirrors. Restock guest toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo/body wash) and arrange fresh towels.

Kitchen: Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, stovetops, and microwave (inside and out). Wipe down refrigerator, wash and store dishes/cookware, empty dishwasher, and replenish coffee/tea supplies.

Living & Common Areas: Vacuum carpets/rugs, mop hard floors, wipe down furniture, remotes, and high-touch surfaces. Tidy cushions and accent pillows.

Laundry Management

Wash, dry,



and fold bed linens and towels onsite (or swap with a fresh pre-washed backup set as agreed upon).

Restocking & Inventory Check:

Monitor supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry pods). Notify the host when inventory is running low.

Property Inspection & Quality Control:

Conduct a quick walkthrough upon entry; report any property damage, missing items, or unusual stains/odors immediately with photos.

Perform a final checklist inspection before leaving to ensure the property is 100% guest-ready.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO), hotel housekeeping, or qualified residential cleaning preferred.

Availability & Flexibility: Must be available during the standard turn window between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM . Turnarounds are schedule-dependent based on guest check-ins/check-outs.

Transportation & Tools: Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Communication: Smartphone with photo capabilities and prompt responsiveness via text/messaging apps.

Attention to Detail: Eye for neatness, presentation, and high hygiene standards.

Pay: $18.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
