Sparkle Squad Cleaning Services Ltd. is an established and growing cleaning company serving Kelowna and the surrounding Okanagan communities.
We provide residential, commercial, Airbnb turnover, and move-in/move-out cleaning services. We are looking for reliable, hardworking cleaners who take pride in their work and want to be part of a professional, supportive team.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes, offices, commercial spaces and Airbnb properties.
- Complete Airbnb turnovers, including preparing properties for incoming guests.
- Perform move-in/move-out and deep cleaning services.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, and complete other routine cleaning duties.
- Make beds and prepare linens to a high standard for Airbnb guests.
- Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures.
- Communicate with management regarding job completion, supply needs or any issues.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence are preferred.
- Ability to complete physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending and lifting routine cleaning supplies.
