We’re seeking someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a client-focused environment, and helps create a positive, comfortable, and professional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

About The DRIPBaR New Sudbury: We are a locally owned IV vitamin therapy clinic offering, IM injections, and health support via related wellness services in a professional, welcoming, and monitored setting. Each client receives an individual health assessment to determine suitability by our licensed medical team before services are administered by our highly trained Registered Nurses.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service from arrival to departure.
- Manage client bookings, appointments, and check-ins using the Jane POS system.
- Handle transactions, payments, and front-desk administrative duties accurately.
- Update client records including allergies, billing information, and personal health information.
- Answer phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and assist with scheduling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.




- Support daily clinic operations and work collaboratively with the medical team.
- Uphold client confidentiality and maintain a professional, service-oriented setting.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency with the Jane POS (or similar) system is required.
- Friendly, approachable, and personable, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for client satisfaction.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work every other weekend is required.
- Bilingualism (English and French) will be considered an asset.
