Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our residential mortgage business and delivering an outstanding service to brokers across your region. You’ll spend time face to face with a dedicated panel of brokers, building trusted, productive relationships and helping them understand how Aldermore’s proposition can support their business and provide the right solutions for their clients.
You’ll be a trusted first point of contact, staying connected with brokers both in person and by telephone. By sharing transparent, timely updates on our products and criteria, you’ll give brokers the knowledge and confidence they need to identify suitable opportunities for their customers.
At the heart of the role is exceptional service. Through every interaction, you’ll strengthen broker relationships, champion good-quality mortgage applications and contribute directly to achieving our current business ambitions.
What will your day look like?
Maximise new business opportunities across the region,



achieving performance targets while maintaining the Platinum Broker distribution.
Work collaboratively with the Telephony BDM and wider residential mortgages teams to deliver a coordinated, high-quality broker service.
Develop and implement an effective broker contact strategy, including relationship management and group or team presentations.
Promote Aldermore’s products and services, maintaining strong product knowledge and helping brokers identify suitable solutions for their clients.
Evaluate new business proposals, provide technical assistance, resolve underwriting queries and manage broker complaints in line with company guidelines.
Maintain current market, competitor and regulatory knowledge; share market developments and uphold TCF and secure banking principles in all activities.
What do we expect from you?
Experience within mortgage lender intermediary distribution
Must live within Region being recruited for :- CV, LU, MK, NN, OX, NG, DE, LE, LN, PE, AL, HP, WD, EN
Full UK driving license.
