About the Opportunity

At BelMind Therapeia, you will work closely with our Clinical Director and clinicians to help clients feel welcome, keep everyday operations organized and strengthen our connections within the community.

We are a growing team, and we value people who bring curiosity, positive energy, fresh ideas and a genuine willingness to learn. You will have opportunities to take ownership of responsibilities, develop your skills and make a meaningful contribution to the practice.

The position focuses approximately 60% on community outreach, marketing and clinic growth, and 40% on administration and client support. Priorities may evolve with the clinic's needs.

About BelMind Therapeia

BelMind Therapeia is a psychotherapy practice based in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Our team of registered mental health professionals provides evidence based, trauma informed individual and couples counselling and psychotherapy, including EMDR. We offer services in person in Thunder Bay and virtually across Ontario.

What You Will Do

Community Outreach, Marketing and Growth

- Build and maintain skilled relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations and potential referral partners.
- Help identify and implement practical opportunities to increase appropriate client inquiries, strengthen referral relationships and improve access to our services.
- Assist with social media content, newsletter materials, website updates and other approved marketing activities.




- Track inquiries, referral sources and outreach efforts to help identify what works and where improvements can be made.
- Contribute ideas and take initiative in supporting the clinic's ongoing development.

Clinic Operations and Client Support

- Respond professionally and compassionately to telephone calls, messages and prospective client inquiries.
- Coordinate consultations, appointments, therapist schedules, intake paperwork and administrative follow ups using Jane practice management software.
- Assist with billing, insurance submissions, direct billing and payment coordination.
- Maintain organized administrative records and support clinicians with everyday operational needs.
- Help create a smooth, welcoming experience for clients while protecting confidential information and referring clinical questions to the appropriate clinician.

Relevant experience is preferred, but not mandatory. We welcome applicants with transferable skills gained through employment, education,



volunteering or community involvement.

Experience in customer service, healthcare administration, hospitality, community engagement, marketing or small business operations would be valuable.

Familiarity with Jane, Canva, social media platforms or insurance billing is an asset, but not required.

Training and guidance will be provided for clinic specific systems and procedures.

This is a nonclinical position.
