Clinic Support Associate

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and hardworking Clinic Support Associate to help maintain a clean, fresh and welcoming environment for our clients and team. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, take pride in their work, and be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, works well independently, and understands the importance of providing a clean, safe and comfortable setting for our clients and staff.

SCHEDULE:

- One shift per week, every Sunday 12:30pm to 4:30pm

HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday – Sunday 9am – 9pm

Massage Addict is Canadian owned and Canada’s first and largest membership-based massage therapy provider with over 90 clinics currently open nationwide. Massage Addict offers a membership program, which allows members to enhance health through regular massage therapy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic, including reception areas, treatment rooms, hallways and staff areas.
- Complete laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding and organizing towels, sheets and other clinic linens.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch surfaces and guest-facing areas.
- Complete a thorough deep cleaning of the clinic once per month.




- Ensure treatment rooms and common areas are clean, organized and ready for use.
- Assist with additional cleaning and organizational tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous cleaning, housekeeping or laundry experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, stand for extended periods, and lift laundry or cleaning supplies as required.
- Must be available to work every Sunday.
- Access to reliable transportation.
