Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will support medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring smooth clinical operations, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients. Responsibilities

- Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including recording vital signs and updating medical records
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are sterile and ready for use
- Support patients by providing clear instructions and addressing their questions or concerns with empathy
- Administer medications or injections under supervision, adhering to safety protocols and medical guidelines
- Assist with patient mobility, including helping patients move safely within the facility




- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, treatments, and medication administration in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of clinical areas to uphold infection control standards
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow within the clinic

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and team members
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Basic understanding of patient care practices and safety protocols
- Certification or training related to healthcare assistance is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
