Position: Clinical Business Analyst – Oncology (BA3)

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Business Analyst (CBA) to support the Clinical Information Solution (CIS) Program for the Public Sector Client.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst, with a focus on oncology-related requirements gathering and business analysis.
- Strong experience with large-scale acute care Electronic Health Records (EHR) / Clinical Information Systems (CIS) and oncology healthcare operations.
- Hands-on experience with CIS implementation projects , clinical workflow analysis, use case development, detailed design, and business analysis documentation.
- Experience developing or standardizing clinical order sets, computerized provider order entry (CPOE), clinical documentation templates, and clinical workflows .
- Ability to facilitate workshops with physicians,



nurses, nurse practitioners, healthcare providers, and clinical subject matter experts to gather and validate business and system requirements.
- Experience conducting gap analysis , developing process workflows, user stories, use cases, user guides, and training materials.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; experience in public healthcare environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) and JIRA ; bilingual French and English communication skills are an asset.

Location: Remote, with travel to Current Brunswick at least once per month.
