Northern Health is seeking a Clinical Lead in Prince George to guide the integration of clinical practices, processes, and care models for the UHNBC Acute Care Tower. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Planning Officer, you will coordinate planning, design input, and education strategies to support clinicians through change. With a Master’s degree and 7+ years in project/quality improvement within healthcare, you will drive team-oriented, multi-disciplinary efforts and ensure clinical practice
