Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective businesses and introduce Acumen Agency's services.
- Identify client needs, qualify prospects, and generate sales leads.
- Book appointments with potential clients for further discussions.
- Handle initial objections professionally and follow up with interested prospects.
- Research potential clients and maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems.
- Meet calling targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

1. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
2.



Confidence speaking with current people and business professionals.
3. Self-motivated, persistent, organized, and goal-oriented.
4. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
6. Previous sales, cold calling, customer service, or lead generation experience is an advantage, but not required.
