Your day-to-day role As a Collection Agent, you will help people find solutions suited to their financial circumstances. Your responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with debtors and understanding their situations.
- Negotiating realistic and effective repayment arrangements.




- Analyzing different situations to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintaining thorough and accurate follow-up on accounts.
- Contributing to the team’s goals through your professionalism and commitment.

Employment conditions:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Base wage of $18.00/hour plus performance-based commissions (average earnings of $24.00/hour)
- Top performance can lead to earnings of up to $55.00/hour or even more!
