Communications Test Design, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance skilled to lead internal audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement across distribution/warehouse operations in Alberta. You will drive corrective actions, interface with customer quality representatives, and support ISO 9001-2015 and TL 9000 certification efforts. Responsibilities include managing KPI reports, conducting monthly safety meetings, maintaining the QMS and EDOCS, and training staff to uphold quality
