You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess residents, lead PSWs, measure glucose, administer medications, and update care plans for continuity of care. This role emphasizes resident‑centered care, strong communication with families, and ongoing career development. Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing and a current Vulnerable Sector Screening are required.
