Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to keep offices and business spaces clean, sanitized and ready for the next workday. Most work takes place after business hours, so you’ll often be working independently or in a small team. This role is ideal for someone looking for steady part-time hours outside the typical 9-to-5, such as students, people with daytime commitments, or anyone wanting extra income. All scheduling is managed through our app.

Responsibilities:

- Clean commercial spaces (offices, clinics, studios, retail and common areas) following company standards and client-specific checklists

- Clean and sanitize washrooms, kitchens, break rooms and high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, desks, shared equipment)

- Empty garbage and recycling and replace liners

- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors

- Dust surfaces, wipe glass, mirrors and entrance doors

- Restock washroom and kitchen supplies (paper towel, soap, toilet paper)

- Follow client security procedures, including alarm codes, keys/fobs and lock-up

- Report maintenance issues, damage or supply shortages





- Use a smartphone to manage schedules and complete checklists through the Mop&Bubbles; app

Requirements:

- Availability on evenings and weekends (please list your availability when you apply)

- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle [adjust if not required]

- Smartphone

- Ability to pass a background check [remove if not required]

- Trustworthy and comfortable working independently in client buildings after hours

- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to [XX] lbs, and be on your feet for extended periods

- Commercial or janitorial experience is an asset but not required; we provide training

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
