What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering comprehensive accounting services to a diverse range of clients. Your focus will be on leading end-to-end accounting operations, managing teams, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of financial reporting. Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing and executing month-end and year-end close processes, including reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and working papers to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Supervising and coaching accounting teams, managing workload allocation, and supporting talent development
- Reviewing and finalizing financial statements and reports for clients, ensuring all deliverables meet high quality standards and deadlines
- Maintaining the integrity of accounting systems and data, and ensuring robust internal controls are in place
- Managing client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on accounting and financial matters
- Leading process improvement initiatives,



including the implementation of new technologies and automation to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements for clients
- Supporting ERP system implementations and enhancements (NetSuite is a strong asset)
- Managing multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely and effective completion of client engagements
- Contributing to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team

- Holds a Canadian CPA
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate controllership or accounting leadership roles
