As the Sales & Marketing Specialist, you’ll join our Marketing team and play a key role in connecting marketing strategy with sales execution. This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative and hands‑on marketer who is an outstanding project manager and understands that great marketing doesn’t stop at generating awareness. It needs to give Sales the tools, content, and information they need to win. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Operations, Product Compliance, Supply Chain Management and external partners, you will support sales enablement, tradeshows and events, dealer and retail marketing, product launches, digital campaigns, content development and day‑to‑day marketing initiatives across Canada and the U.

- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, product marketing, channel marketing or a related field.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.




- Strong understanding of B2B and/or channel marketing.
- Experience developing sales enablement and marketing collateral.
- Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Sales, Product, Operations and other cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, email marketing and website content management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. CRM and HubSpot (or other marketing automation platforms is an asset)
- Experience in building products, manufacturing, construction, retail or another B2B workplace is an asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English would be an asset.
