Position overview:
The Operations Associate will ensure the seamless execution of daily functions. strategically, this position enhances operational efficiency, improves client experience, and supports business growth by maintaining consistency, compliance, and coordination across locations.
This is a permanent, full time position based onsite at our WSA/HearCANADA Head office located at 5041 Mainway, Burlington, ON. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What we offer:
- $22.50 per hour based on a 40 hours work week plus annual bonus entitlement
