- Manage preparation orders by following predefined guidelines and perform necessary follow-ups in collaboration with different departments;
- Submit preparation requests for external companies when necessary;
- Control parts invoices for each vehicle and the time required to make corrections;
- Communicate with various departments (sales / finance / delivery) regarding any issues or needs;
- Update the vehicle history by recording details from the preparation order;
- Follow up with customers and different departments in case of deficiencies at delivery, and implement necessary corrections to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Prepare orders for all vehicles entering the dealership, including demonstrator vehicles;
- Keep inventory knowledge up to date;
- Ensure the security of vehicle keys at the dealership;
- Provide support for vehicle storage logistics;
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure deadlines communicated to customers are met;
- Offer impeccable customer service;
- Ensure quality control of all vehicles delivered to customers. Profile required
- Relevant experience in the automotive field;




- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, at an intermediate-advanced level to communicate effectively with our monolingual French-speaking customers and our large monolingual English-speaking customer base;
- Demonstrate a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- In-depth knowledge of vehicles and their systems;
- Ability to work independently;
- Positive and professional attitude;
