This fully remote role demands expertise in trading issues and delivering First Contact Resolution. As an essential member of Questrade’s support team, you will engage with complex client inquiries overnight. This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience from regulated trading environments. You'll actively monitor trading activities, manage multi-venue order flows, and ensure operational continuity across various markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary overnight contact for client inquiries
• Monitor trading activity and spot liquidity across markets
• Investigate trades, routing orders, and resolve trade issues




• Diagnose inquiries for futures, managing margin concerns
• Oversee support workflows for decentralized contracts

Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a fintech customer operations role
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Technology
• CIRO registered or pursuing registration
• Solid knowledge of investment products and digital assets
