Datacom is seeking a Service Desk Agent in Australia to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will proactively solve issues that come your way and escalate them as needed. Working in the Managed Services team, you will respond to telephone calls, emails and alert monitoring while identifying and resolving incidents and requests. We value self-starters who can work well in a team, are customer-focused, and bring fresh ideas.
