Tech Repair Guys is hiring a hands-on repair technician who loves helping customers. We fix phones, laptops, tablets and computers at our two stores in Georgetown and Acton — plus print shop, passport photos and watch repair.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair phones, laptops, tablets and computers (screens, batteries, charging ports, keyboards, board-level work) - Serve walk-in customers and explain repairs and pricing clearly - Sell devices and accessories - Split time between our Georgetown and Acton stores as scheduled Must-haves:
- Real hands-on repair experience with phones, laptops or tablets (bench-tech role, not entry-level)
- Great with customers and comfortable selling - Reliable transportation — you MUST be able to commute to BOTH Georgetown and Acton stores - Available Mon–Fri 9:30–5:30, Sat 10–4 Nice-to-have: microsoldering / board-level experience, print or signage experience.
Pay (probation ladder): Week 1 paid training $17.95/hr → Months 1–3 $17.95/hr → Months 4–6 $20/hr → After 6 months $23/hr (performance) → After 1 year path to $27/hr. Full-time preferred; solid part-time candidates considered. Start as soon as the right candidate is found.
