Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Specialist/Framers to join our construction team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to concrete forming, finishing, and framing, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, concrete work, and construction practices, with the ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution
- Construct, install, and dismantle concrete forms for foundations, walls, and other structures using formwork materials and techniques
- Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, leveling, smoothing, and curing concrete surfaces
- Execute framing tasks utilizing carpentry skills with wood and metal materials for structural support
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as mixers, forklifts, or cranes as needed
- Assist with drywall installation, siding application, and restoration work to support project requirements
- Engage in heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols




- Conduct welding or woodworking tasks when necessary for specialized framing or structural repairs
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
- Follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents on-site

Qualifications

- Proven experience in concrete forming, finishing, carpentry, or related construction fields
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of drywall installation, siding application, restoration techniques, and woodworking is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions
- Construction experience with an emphasis on concrete work or framing preferred
- Excellent attention to detail combined with safety-conscious practices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
