Lead impactful projects at CAE as the Manager of Financial Reporting & Special Projects. You'll drive initiatives in a collaborative environment, enhancing financial reporting and strategic processes. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller. You’ll coordinate finance-wide initiatives, promote process improvements, and manage critical financial reporting tasks. Your expertise in IFRS or US GAAP will ensure accurate and efficient reporting during financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead finance initiatives with scope and governance defined
• Drive process standardization and automation across finance
• Oversee the financial reporting team during reporting processes




• Monitor project execution, risks, and issue resolutions
• Identify gaps and implement sustainable solutions

Requirements:
• Professional accounting designation (CPA) required
• Minimum 8 years in similar roles or large firms
• Solid knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
• Proven project leadership across multiple initiatives
