The Recent Brunswick Extra-Mural Program seeks a qualified nurse to holistically coordinate patient care in the community. The role requires assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care with an interdisciplinary team. Candidates must be a registered nurse with relevant experience and CPR Level C. A valid NB driver's license and ability to work diverse shifts are essential.
