Construction Labourer – Bridge & Infrastructure Repair

Recruitment Area: Collingwood, Thornbury, Meaford and surrounding communities

Work Locations: Various project sites throughout Ontario, initially including Halton Region.

Buzz Pavement Services is seeking reliable, hardworking construction labourers to assist with specialized bridge, culvert, and infrastructure rehabilitation projects throughout Ontario.

This position involves working alongside experienced crews performing epoxy crack injection, concrete repairs, and related infrastructure maintenance.

We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable working outdoors, and are interested in gaining experience in a specialized area of the construction industry.

Previous epoxy injection experience is not required. Candidates with general construction, concrete, or infrastructure experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Assist with epoxy crack injection and concrete repair operations on bridges and culverts
- Prepare concrete surfaces and work areas for repairs
- Assist experienced technicians with equipment, materials, and repair procedures




- Operate hand tools and construction equipment as directed
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure work areas
- Follow all site-specific safety procedures
- Travel to various project locations throughout Ontario

Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labour experience preferred
- Valid G driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of performing construction labour duties
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to different job sites
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
