We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and contributing to the successful completion of building tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn new skills.
Experience in construction is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. This position offers an chance to develop hands-on skills in a dynamic construction environment.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operate heavy equipment and other (training provided)
- Perform paving tasks, according to project specifications
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Assist in the installation of structures,
framing, or other building components
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of equipment operation is a plus but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidate.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines are essential for success in this role
Pay: From $18.14 per hour
