Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver age-appropriate programs aligned with YMCA standards
• Design and lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities

• Ensure compliance with health and legal requirements

Requirements:
• Experience working with children ages 5–12
• Age 19 or older
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Emergency First Aid & CPR certification
