About the Role

TAC Group is looking for a creative, energetic, and talented Content Creator to help bring our brands to life!

We are looking for someone passionate about storytelling, sports, education, and digital media who can capture amazing moments, produce engaging videos, and grow our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Content Creation

- Film high-quality videos of sports camps, swimming lessons, STEAM programs, and special events.
- Capture engaging behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts for short-form and long-form videos.

Video Editing & Production
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos.
- Add music, captions, transitions, graphics, and effects.
- Transform raw footage into qualified, compelling content.
- Organize and manage our video content library.

Social Media Management
- Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop weekly content calendars and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions and promotional posts.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and content performance.




- Help grow our online audience and brand awareness.

Qualifications
- Experience with video filming and editing.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Creative eye for storytelling, composition, and visual design.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Photography, graphic design, and Canva experience are assets.
- Interest in sports, education, and youth development is an asset.
