We are seeking an accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic workplace! Our organization has an exciting opportunity for an individual with a degree or diploma in accounting as well as a minimum of five years of experience.
The successful individual will have the following:
- A minimum of five years progressively responsible experience. Equivalencies may be considered for this position
- Experience with different accounting and payroll systems along with the aptitude to learn new programs
- Expert knowledge of basic accounting principals
- The ability to accurately plan and forecast financial statements
- Possess a CPA designation or be working towards one
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting

Duties for this position will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare, evaluate and analyze financial statements
- Make recommendations for process improvement and cost savings
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Month end and year end reconciliations
- Reconcile the General Ledger
- Prepare monthly budgets and forecast
- Oversee preparation of full cycle payroll
