Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.

Support food safety protocols by handling ingredients correctly and adhering to hygiene standards at all times.

Help with food portioning, garnishing, and plating to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Assist with stock replenishment by monitoring inventory levels and informing supervisors of supplies needed.





Provide friendly and efficient customer service when serving food or beverages at the counter or table.

Operate basic POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling and order processing accurately.

Skills

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience with kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and food prep tools is preferred.

Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar for cashiering tasks.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn current skills in cooking, serving, and hospitality operations.
