Your expertise will facilitate effective decision-making and support our credit risk strategy alongside senior management. You'll also be responsible for audits, team development, and enhancing operational collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all credit policies and processes are followed
- Train team on policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor SLAs, quality standards, and KPIs
- Conduct audits and oversee remediation
- Support documentation compliance in both languages Requirements:
- At least 5 years in credit adjudication
- Experience in financial services and auto industry
- Knowledge of Equifax and TransUnion
- Proficiency in LOS software and Microsoft Office
