The Crew

Chief is key to the maintenance team, reporting directly to the Production Manager. With responsibilities spanning personnel management, safety compliance, and production planning, you will utilize your leadership skills while ensuring aircraft airworthiness and operational excellence. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are essential as you coach maintenance personnel and resolve technical issues on-site. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily maintenance work and coordinate team assignments
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness and safety policies




- Train and mentor maintenance technicians on-site
- Assist in resolving tooling and material issues
- Maintain accurate aircraft and maintenance records Requirements:
- Minimum three years in flight and maintenance operations
- Valid Transport Canada M2 license preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft and email applications
