Osmow’s Shawarma in Newmarket is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. We are hiring for all positions, including kitchen staff, shawarma makers, cashiers, food preparation staff, and shift supervisors.

- Cashiers / Front Counter Staff – Greet customers, take orders, process payments, and provide friendly customer service.
- Shawarma Makers / Line Cooks – Prepare shawarma, wraps, bowls, and other menu items according to Osmow’s standards.
- Kitchen Staff / Food Preparation – Prepare ingredients, portion food, maintain food quality, and keep the kitchen organized.
- Grill and Kitchen Crew – Cook and assemble menu items while following food safety procedures.
- Shift Supervisors / Team Leaders – Support daily operations, coordinate staff, maintain service standards, and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Restaurant Team Members – Assist wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve food according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, dining area, and washrooms.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.




- Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods.
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
- Follow company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but training can be provided for suitable candidates.
- Food handler certification is an asset; requirements will depend on the role.
