You will report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in scheduling and dispatching technicians, managing service requests, and ensuring work is completed efficiently with high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of service coordination experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
