Company description The Lindsay Home Building Centre is a retail location for all building materials, lumber, paint, home improvement materials & custom build packages who strives to provide exceptional customer service to the community of Kawartha Lakes and beyond.

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues in a positive and friendly manor.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in purchasing a wide variety of building and home improvement products
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is required
- Ability to put together estimations and/or material lists for building supplies




- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Able to work weekends
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills
