We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service representative to join our team. Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Conduct data entry accurately to update customer accounts and records
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during all interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement




- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery
- Support sales efforts by engaging customers in conversations about their needs and preferences

Skills

- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively convey information
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills to manage customer information accurately
- Experience in sales, with a focus on upselling and enhancing customer experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle various customer situations effectively

Pay: $17.60-$17.99 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 – 8.0 per week
