Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details in the system
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements in service delivery
- Support sales efforts by engaging customers in conversations about their needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service experience
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable
- Familiarity with data entry processes and analysis skills will be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Experience with upselling techniques and understanding of sales strategies is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
