Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
- Assist customers with account information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Perform analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Engage in upselling and sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.




- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of invoices and vendors.
- Multitask effectively while managing waiting on customers and stocking shelves.

Experience

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences.
- Experience with sales, upselling, or analysis skills is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
