What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, no two days are exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include:

- Helping customers find products that best suit their needs and preferences.
- Learning about cannabis products, accessories, and new product releases.
- Staying up to date on new strains, product formats, and industry trends.
- Receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Participating in inventory counts and helping maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Processing sales and handling cash accurately.
- Checking identification and ensuring all sales comply with BC cannabis regulations.
- Completing store opening and closing procedures.
- Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment. We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys connecting with people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Has at least one year of retail or customer service experience.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Is dependable, takes initiative, and can work independently.
- Is comfortable handling cash and learning new computer systems.
- Can lift boxes, stock shelves, climb ladders, and assist with deliveries.




- Is willing to learn and follow all applicable BC cannabis regulations.
- Is bondable.

Bonus Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Inventory management experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work at multiple Rise Cannabis locations when needed.

Significant Scheduling Requirements This position follows a set schedule of Saturday through Wednesday, with night shifts required.

Evening and weekend availability is essential. Applicants must be able to consistently accommodate this schedule.

Please do not apply if you are unable to work the required Saturday through Wednesday night shift schedule.

Position Details Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Representative

Location: Rise Cannabis, Colwood, BC

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Work Location: In person

Required Availability: Saturday through Wednesday, evening shifts. 3:15pm-11pm
