Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Day Shift Dispatch Video Monitoring Specialist. This role involves overseeing surveillance footage to ensure safety, security, and operational efficiency across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in law enforcement or surveillance, with a keen eye for detail and strong observational skills.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining a secure workplace while working during daytime hours in a dynamic setting.

Major Responsibilities

- Monitor cameras for any suspicious activity
- Type multiple daily reports and submit them to clients and Managers
- Conduct safety calls for Apex employees and third parties
- Dispatch alarms promptly
- Answer the phone and filter the information to the right person
- Conduct other administrative tasks as assigned by Management

The Right Candidate Would Possess:

- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- The ability to multitask and meet deadlines




- The ability to type 60 WPM
- The ability to work both in a team environment and independently
- The ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience with a two-way radio and 10-codes an asset
- Must be willing to work Holidays and weekends, 4 days on 4 days off, 12 hours per day

Work Location: In person Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
