Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Provider have own big and nice house. Earge to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children of various needs, including those with disabilities.

Running the business at their own home in SW(West Springs, Signal Hill, Springbank, Westbrook, etc.)and SE. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on children's development while fostering a supportive atmosphere for families and staff alike.

Duties

- Supervise and monitor children during play, learning activities, and rest periods
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times
- Assist with meal times, diapering, and personal hygiene routines
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Collaborate with team members to plan special events or developmental assessments as needed

Qualifications

- Spacious, welcoming home environment
- Prior classroom experience in Early Childhood Education or related fields preferred
- Robust caregiving skills with a genuine passion for working with young children
- Solid understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to teach, motivate, and actively engage children in meaningful learning experiences
- Excellent communication skills with patience and professionalism when working with diverse children and families
- Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education or caregiving are considered an asset but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
