Lead an Established Deck-Building Operation

We are seeking an experienced, sales-oriented construction professional to manage daily operations of an established territory generating approximately $400,000 in annual sales.

This opportunity is ideal for a builder with solid sales, estimating, project management, and leadership skills who wants greater independence and control over their earnings.

Your Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners, prepare estimates, present proposals, and close sales.
- Manage construction projects, crews, and subcontractors.
- Purchase materials and manage construction expenses.
- Provide the tools, vehicles, and equipment needed for operations.
- Coordinate deliveries, disposal, and scheduling.
- Oversee customer relationships, quality, and warranty work.

Compensation This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity with a 70% share of collected project revenue.

The contractor's allocation covers construction materials, labour, equipment,



transportation, project expenses, and remaining earnings.

We retain 30% to fund franchise royalties, advertising, administrative support, and business overhead.

At $400,000 in annual sales, the contractor allocation would equal $280,000 before construction expenses. Actual net earnings depend on project costs and sales results.

No franchise purchase, upfront franchise investment, or ownership commitment is required.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of residential construction experience or 2+ years of deck-building experience.
- Proven experience quoting and closing residential construction sales.
- Construction project management experience.
- Strong financial and cost-management skills.
- Access to appropriate tools, equipment, and construction resources.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
